Selected by Cushman & Wakefield we were tasked to transform 470 Atlantic, located on the Fort Point Channel, Independence Wharf the home to the Boston Tea Party. The recently completed renovations focused on repositioning the building to create a first-floor tenant experience.
The refreshed space provides common meeting areas that foster both creativity and collaboration. Updates include a state-of-the-art fitness center, bathroom/showers, hospitality-inspired elements including Fooda service, and a new management office. New lighting, furniture, paint, and custom graphics that echo the rich history of Boston of Harbor are incorporated throughout to create a sense of energy and exhilaration for tenants and outside passing foot traffic.
