The new space supports Meketa’s collaborative culture while offering convenient access to public transportation and on-site amenities.

To maximize natural light, 85% of employees sit near windows, with private offices and huddle rooms located at the core. Glass walls, low panels, and open sightlines ensure light filters throughout. The flexible café serves as a town hall, work café, or quiet zone, with direct access to outdoor lounge areas.

A coffee bar lounge adjacent to the main stair connects both floors visually and socially. Designed to support Meketa’s evolving hybrid needs, all huddle rooms are multi-functional, easily converting into private offices or quiet rooms. Adaptable furniture and flexible layouts reflect the firm’s commitment to choice, agility, and the future of work.
