40 Broad - Lobby

Selected by Lincoln Properties to renovate the two existing lobbies on Broad and India Street to incorporate the new 40 Broad brand identity into the Insurance Exchange Building.

The renovated lobby includes contemporary finishes; warm wood tones contrasted with cool wall cladding's and bold accent colors. Lounge seating surrounds the double-sided fireplace creating collaborative seating areas and a comforting place for tenants to relax. Upon arrival at visitors are met with a custom steel wall feature highlighting the location of the building on the Greenway. The wall feature injects warmth into space with the live moss features. The reception desk and building signage both share commonalities with the metal cladding and brushed gold accents. The renovated lobbies transform the building into a destination for both creative and innovative companies to grow.
