TA Realty - Federal St. Boston

TA Realty partnered with Fusion to design their new downtown Boston office featuring 360-degree city views. The goal was to create both dynamic and professional client-facing spaces as well as engaging and collaborative team areas.

One side of the branded elevator lobby is a polished, yet welcoming reception area adjacent to a large boardroom boasting beautiful skyline views. The opposite side of the elevator lobby opens into a large work café that encourages meetings and collaboration at all times of day. Technology is integrated into high-top tables and lounge areas to allow teams to meet in the café casually.

A warm, neutral palette, accented by TA Realty’s blue brand color, is integrated throughout the architecture and furnishings. Glass front offices, conference, and meeting rooms allow natural light to filter into the open office areas.

The overall effect of the design is timeless and elegant, and in keeping with the client’s brand identity.
