At Fusion Design, the entire team believes in doing whatever It takes. This could mean staying late to meet a deadline, riding your scooter in the rain to a client meeting, working on a new Virtual Reality presentation to astonish a new client or even washing the front windows on our unique studio design office.
At 2:00 PM on a recent afternoon, CEO John Kelly didn’t like the look of the conference room windows and cheerfully went to find the long squeegee pole to clean them himself. He rolled up the sleeves of his custom shirt, located the pail, located the soap and sauntered outside. He clearly has a skill for window-washing as the glass is now sparkling clean. I guess we must add that skill to his very long and impressive list of talents.
Some of the crew did a double take, some smiled and some tried to act as if it was perfectly normal for the CEO to be outside washing windows. Of course, it is not, but it is part of the global attitude at Fusion Design that you do whatever needs to be done. When trying to find the quintessential design that will enhance our client’s workspace, searching for that perfect shade of blue or working collaboratively to satisfy a most discerning customer, the team at Fusion believes in doing whatever it takes.
Clearly, this includes our amazing CEO – who has never once said, “I don’t do windows”……..
