Kenmore Square - Amenities Center, Boston

 

Fusion collaborated with Related Beal on the redevelopment of One Kenmore Square, located directly across from Fenway Park in one of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods.

The tenant amenity center includes a collaboration lounge, coffee bar, conference center, and rooftop deck, all designed with a refined hospitality feel. At the heart of the space is a curving green-tiled bar; a subtle nod to Fenway - surrounded by a warm, muted palette that lets the Citgo Sign outside take center stage.

Layered wood tones add warmth, while brass accents provide a touch of sparkle. A vintage-style mirror behind the bar reflects the energy of the Fenway area back into the space.

The rooftop deck offers sweeping views of the Charles River and Fenway Park, creating a dynamic outdoor retreat for tenants to gather, unwind, and enjoy the city.
