The new Seaport location embraces sweeping harbor views, with design inspired by local colors and textures. Fusion preserved an open window line throughout, maximizing natural light across all workspaces.
To reflect Northeast Bank’s multi-city presence while grounding the design in Boston, a custom 3D backlit map anchors the reception area. A refined mix of wood, glass, steel, and marble conveys the bank’s longevity, while accent colors nod to the waterfront setting.
Interior offices sit at the core, keeping the perimeter open for workstations and collaboration zones. The café, positioned for optimal views, features communal tables, lounge seating, and tech-integrated booths to foster connection and flexibility.
The result is a warm, timeless space blending natural light, modern functionality, and local character - an inspiring environment for both clients and staff.
