With more of the team back in the office full-time, this design needed to offer a variety of work environments, from private AV centered spaces to formal collaborative spaces to a flexible zone for their ‘fireside chats’. The NEPC logo has been a part of the company since it was first introduced in 1986, and it remains a strong symbol of the company to this day. Fusion sought to give a subtle nod to the logo design throughout the space. Details such as custom millwork and architectural lighting are inspired directly by the clean lines and grid pattern of the logo. These repetitive features also serve to create a cohesive design. NEPC aims to attract exceptional people and allow them to be their best at work. Fusion helped create a space that would allow different work styles to thrive. The layout facilitates collaboration and encourages social interaction with strategically located meeting points. A palette based on NEPC’s logo color brings in brand identity while warmer colors create a comfortable yet energized space for both employees and their valued clients.   Looking to reimagine your workspace?
