Fusion partnered with a repeat healthcare tech client to design a global headquarters that redefines the modern workplace. With a global team and the motto “the office is the new off-site,” the space was built to foster connection for both local and traveling employees.

The large floorplan features eight distinct neighborhoods connected by branded avenues with custom graphics and lighting. Each zone includes flexible workstations, private offices, wellness rooms, and call rooms - offering choice and adaptability.

At the center is a café with stadium seating and advanced AV for company-wide gatherings and virtual meetings. Brand colors, warm wood, glass-front offices, and refined lighting create a space that balances energy with calm.

The result is more than an office - it’s a hub for collaboration, community, and innovation.
