We partnered with BlueHub Capital, a nonprofit community development finance organization, to transform its 9,500 RSF Roxbury office into a modern, flexible workplace that reflects its mission of building healthier, stronger communities.

To encourage in-office attendance, we designed a space that offers employees choice, flexibility, and a focus on well-being. Natural light, a calming palette, greenery, and curated artwork create a soothing environment, while the layout balances semi-private areas for focus, collaborative zones for teamwork, and flexible shared offices that adapt to changing needs.

A standout feature is the café, envisioned as both a daily social hub and an extension of the boardroom for larger gatherings. Additional meeting rooms and quiet spaces ensure staff have the right environment for every task.

The result is an adaptable, welcoming workplace that strengthens connection, enhances productivity, and celebrates BlueHub’s mission-driven culture.
