1200 Crown Colony Amenities Center

When Bridge Investment Group approached us to reposition 1200 Crown Colony Drive, the goal was to craft a strong sense of place. The transformation turned a dated 1980s building into a vibrant modern workplace that honors Quincy’s rich history through thoughtful architecture, materials, and graphics.

The design draws inspiration from Quincy’s shipbuilding and granite quarrying roots, reflected in the atrium’s new stonework, riveted columns, and custom truss system. A metal coffee bar and hearth-style café nod to the city’s colonial past, while varied furnishings and textiles create a warm, collaborative “living room” feel.

We fully renovated the lobby, café, fitness center, and common areas with clean, contemporary finishes.

Custom graphics, historic shipyard photos, and screen-printed railroad drawings further connect the space to its heritage. Artifacts and portraits of John and Abigail Adams add local character.

With modern amenities and a unique historical narrative, 1200 Crown Colony offers a distinctive workplace experience for today’s forward-thinking companies.
